Trucking and logistics company opens first Virginia facility in South Richmond

A nearly century-old trucking, logistics and warehousing company with a robust northeastern presence has expanded into Virginia with the opening of three new shipping facilities, including one in South Richmond. And the family-owned business, A. Duie Pyle, which handles products for such clients as Starbucks and Wegmans as well as for many smaller businesses, is expecting to invest further in the state.
The company specializes in less-than-truckload (LTL) shipping through 28 facilities with 4 million square feet of distribution space.
