Our Protect From Freeze process is designed to be straightforward, making it as easy to secure temperature-sensitive goods as it is to send a standard shipment.
1. Request
Mark “Protect From Freeze” on your Bill of Lading (BOL) when scheduling your LTL shipment. There are no complex forms or special procedures required. This simple designation is all that is needed to route the freight into our specialized PFF network.
2. Protect
Once designated, the shipment is immediately integrated into a controlled network designed for temperature-sensitive freight. It is loaded into a dedicated heated trailer where the internal environment is actively managed. From origin to destination, the shipment is proactively monitored by the expert Pyle team to ensure its integrity is maintained throughout the entire transit process.
3. Deliver
Our team of experienced Pyle drivers ensures your shipment arrives safely and on schedule, fully protected from the elements and without the risk of weather-related delays ensuring that your supply chain remains intact, commitments are met, and your business continues to move forward, regardless of the conditions outside.
