API / Web Services
A. Duie Pyle offers a number of web services (Rest API) so that their customers can interface their systems with Pyle’s Information Infrastructure. Both obtaining information and submitting transactions are possible through MyPyle.
All web services require a MyPyle username. If an appropriate MyPyle username does not already exist, please complete the form on the MyPyle Registration page.
Once a MyPyle login has been established, the documentation may be obtained on the MyPyle IT Support page.
Electronic Data Interchange
A. Duie Pyle transmits and receives EDI using Value Added Networks such as Kleinschmidt, Descartes, and Sterling Commerce. We can also trade files using FTP or AS2. FTP provides a free and easy way to exchange data, while AS2 provides a means to connect, deliver, validate and reply to data in a secure and reliable way over HTTP(S). We have the ability to transmit and receive common transaction sets, including the following:
- Motor Carrier Load Tender (Transaction Set 204)
- Freight Invoices (Transaction Set 210)
- Bill of Lading Information (Transaction Set 211)
- Shipment Status Messages (Transaction Set 214)
- Payment Advice (Transaction Set 820)
- Load Tender Response (Transaction Set 990)
- Acknowledgments (Transaction Set 997)
To get started in establishing EDI with us, simply click on the button below, complete the EDI Setup Request form and submit it. One of our EDI specialists will contact whomever you designate and work closely with them to set up and test the transaction sets you choose. We look forward to working with you.
