“We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service to all of our customers, and this award is further proof of our commitment to performing at an exceptional level,” said John Luciani, COO of LTL solutions at Pyle. “What has been an incredibly challenging couple of years, our operations team has elevated its game to provide quality capacity and dependable service that our customers can depend on. We will continue investing in people, infrastructure, technology, and equipment to exceed our customers’ needs well into the future.”
Echo evaluated its carriers based on performance and ability to handle day-to-day LTL transportation needs. Qualitative service metrics that were considered include quality, communication, invoice accuracy, claims, customer service, responsiveness, website effectiveness, and IT cooperation, according to the media release.
Pyle’s LTL offerings are bolstered by an extensive network that stretches across the Northeast, combined with advanced shipment tracking capability, a modern fleet, and dedication to safety and customer service. The company recently expanded into Virginia as well.
“A. Duie Pyle has been a model of consistency for Echo over the years, as evidenced by their two Carrier of the Year Awards and six Platinum Awards,” said Mark Redini, Senior VP of LTL at Echo Global Logistics. “Throughout another tough year, Pyle was able to maintain excellent on-time performance. Their dedication to superior levels of customer service have made them one of the most decorated carriers of all time.”
