Duie Pyle has been recognized for its commitment to sustainability, earning the distinction of 2024 Green Supply Chain Partner by Inbound Logistics and a Top Green Fleet award from Heavy Duty Trucking. These accolades underscore Pyle’s dedication to eco-friendly practices across its operations.
Pyle’s innovative facilities, like the solar-powered site in Parkesburg, Chester County, Pennsylvania, are at the heart of its green initiatives. The company has made significant strides in reducing energy consumption and enhancing efficiency through its Environmentally Conscious Operation Program. Nearly half of Pyle’s forklifts are electric, cutting carbon emissions by 24,000 pounds per unit, with plans to fully transition to electric forklifts by 2028.
